Find the Right Provider

Our providers offer compassionate, holistic mental health support to help you heal and thrive.

Briana Postle, LCSW, TCYM

I am the founder of Peace of Mind, a vision brought to life to provide a space where multiple avenues for healing and mental health support exist under one roof.

With 15 years as a social worker, I specialize in EMDR, CBT, DBT, schema therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy. As a Trauma Conscious Yoga Method practitioner, I help clients connect mind and body in sessions. I work with teens and adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and postpartum challenges.

Seeking counseling can feel overwhelming, but it’s a powerful first step toward your fullest potential. I currently have openings for new clients, offering in-person and telehealth sessions Tuesday–Thursday from 10 AM–3 PM.

For more information, email Bpostlelcsw@gmail.com. I accept Independent Health, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, and Highmark BCBS.

Christopher Postle, LCSW

Our past experiences shape our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions—often without us realizing it. Understanding this can be the key to freeing ourselves from emotional distress.

I am certified in EMDR and trained in progressive counting for trauma, PTSD, and anxiety, as well as TF-EMDR (Therapeutic Fly Fishing Integrated with EMDR). I also utilize CBT, schema therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and Integrated Behavioral Couples Therapy. My experience extends to addiction counseling as well.

Healing is a dynamic process, and a flexible approach is essential to achieving meaningful change.

Therapists working toward EMDR certification can also schedule consultations with me as I work toward EMDR consultant status through EMDRIA.

Alicia Kimmerly, LCAT

I’m Alicia Kimmerly, a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist who believes wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all. I work with clients facing depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, anger management, and family or behavioral issues, providing a safe space to navigate life’s challenges.

Using creative interventions tailored to individual needs, I help clients explore alternative ways to express themselves, communicate, and develop mindfulness. Art takes many forms—offering a powerful tool for healing and self-discovery.

Sarah Titus

I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been in the mental health field for 8+ years in a number of different settings. A majority of my work has been in outpatient mental health counseling, which has given me a great deal of experience and training in different areas!

I am currently trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (rapid eye movements for trauma processing), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Grief & Loss, Exposure Response Prevention (OCD), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I am also working towards my certification in Perinatal Mental Health, as I am a first time mom and found that there are gaps in our community when it comes to this need!

I believe that relationships and safety are the most important part of the counseling process. I pride myself on building a welcoming, safe, and trusting environment with my clients so they can get everything they need out of their counseling sessions. Counseling can be nerve wracking at first, so my goal is to make you as comfortable as possible! You are the captain of the ship, I am just there to help guide you and teach you, while empowering you to make the changes YOU want to make for a better you!

Crystal Bennett, LMHC

I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 15 years of experience in various settings, including inpatient units, schools, homes, and group homes. For the past six years, I have specialized in community mental health, working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families.

I am trained in several therapeutic models, including Structural Family Therapy, CBT, DBT, EMDR, and PSB-CBT, and I am certified in Trauma-Focused CBT. My approach is eclectic, tailoring interventions to each client’s needs.

Much of my work focuses on family dynamics, trauma, and supporting parents. I aim to help families improve communication, address behavioral concerns, and navigate the challenges of parenting children with mental health struggles.

I also specialize in trauma-focused therapy, helping children and adolescents heal from past trauma through healthy coping strategies and self-expression. Additionally, I have expertise in treating depression, anxiety, substance use, and behavioral issues.

I incorporate visual tools and child-directed play in sessions, especially with younger clients. Currently, I accept private pay clients both in-person and via telehealth, and I am working toward credentialing with additional insurance providers. I am available on Thursdays and Fridays and can be reached via email at crystalbennettlmhc@gmail.com.

Kathryn Blanchard

I specialize in trauma therapy, PTSD and Split Feather Syndrome recovery. I am trained in EMDR, Mindfulness Based Therapy and CBT. I also work with IFS and part work. Reiki is available in sessions.

A value I have as a practitioner is creating a safe space for my clients to allow them to feel comfortable enough to be vulnerable. It is in this space of vulnerability that we are able to discover and unearth what we have been burying. We learn to bury our traumas in order to live and survive our day to day lives. There is so much more to be experienced in our day to day when we can let go of what we have been carrying. With PTSD our brains and bodies need to fully process the trauma in order for it to be let go. This can be accomplished in therapy and with time. I would be honored to be there with you along the way.

Savannah, Therapy Dog

Savannah is available as needed at the Peace of Mind office. If you feel you could benefit from having her in a session, we can discuss it during your appointment. She is a registered AKC Canine Good Citizen, with basic obedience training and Therapy Dog Certification.

Research shows therapy dogs help reduce anxiety and stress across all age groups, including college students. Pet therapy can also boost energy levels, self-esteem, and mood, while decreasing depression.

When she’s off duty, Savannah loves playing with her small humans, snuggling on the couch, and carrying around her pizza squish toy. She does, however, have an ongoing rivalry with squirrels, cats, and birds—who seem to enjoy testing her patience!
